Our pride of performance has been the PRECAST CONCRETE STEEL MOLDS fabricated for the Floating Bridge Project in Dubai. Measuring a staggering 25 meters x 5 meters x 2.5 meters high, these molds were fabricated in record time due to the extremely short completion period of the projects.These molds were designed and fabricated by us complete with a pull push n lock n release system to achieve a rapid dismantling and erection schedule to obtain a larger number of castings per mold in the shortest possible time. We were picked by the contractors because of our design superiority and experience in addition to our impeccable track record.

We have an in-house mold design capacity which enables us to respond quickly to our customer’s queries. Molds are designed keeping in mind the cast element’s finish, ease in assembling, pouring, vibrating and dismantling the molds. Our experience and resources allow us to offer a quick delivery time to our customers. We have an extensive machine shop n fabrication facility in Al Quoz, Dubai to cater to our customers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and a 10,000 m2 yard in Hamriyah, Sharjah to cater to our customers in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
