PAINT MIXING BLADES IMPELLERS-we offer a wide array of mixing impellers with specific performance characteristics to meet most applications. All of our impellers come standard in 316 Stainless Steel, but 304 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Haste alloy, Titanium, and other high grade alloy versions of most impeller styles are available. We also offer a wide variety of surface treatments, including polishing, coatings, and passivization processing.

The design of this impeller provides a radial flow pattern that moves material from the center of the vessel outward where it flows along the outer walls of the tank.

It is most commonly used in two phase mixing (liquid/gas), but can also be used in emulsions and dispersion. Standard designs include industry typical proportions for blade height, width, and disc diameter. Blades are half round sections with concave face as the leading edge of rotation.
