The Delimanjoo Automatic Baking Machine produces high quality fish-shaped cakes with a variety of fillings.
1. The baking molds are heated with an integral heater.
2. Premixed batter is injected into the molds via a hose and batter hopper system.
3. Custard cream filling is injected into the batter and the molds are closed.
4. The molds rotate twice during the baking cycle.
5. Baking is completed and the operator removes the Delimajoo cakes.
